I love all the reality dance shows that come on. My favorite is America’s So You Think You Can Dance? The choreography, music and dancers are excellent and I truly enjoy watching. For the past month, the show’s host talked about the show’s 100th episode that had just past on July 23rd and how great it was going to be because Katie Holmes was going to be performing a Broadway dance piece. The host hyped her up. She said that Katie’s performance by far would be the best. I’m thinking, “Oh cool, she must be really good.”

Well, I watched her routine and I couldn’t believe it! It was excruciatingly bad. Katie lip-synching was completely not n’sync. The dancing was like when you put your right foot in, you put your right foot out, you put your right foot in and you shake it all about. Yep. Just like that. Katie is such a lovely woman, but she is not a performer especially not at the level of the SYTYCD contestants. I don’t think I’ll be going to see her on Broadway.
