Weekend’s Top 10 Box Office

Go on A Christmas Carol. I see you in the NUMBER ONE spot. And Michal, you are hanging on in there at second place. The Men Who Stare at Goats came in a close third.

And I must give an honorable mention and congratulations to Precious. This small, but mighty film was only playing in 18 theaters in four US cities (New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Chicago) and grossed $1.8 million for a, slap-someone-in-the-face per-theater average of about $100,000. My word!
